This policy explains how Cybersphere Solutions ("Cybersphere", "we") handles information collected through custom.getcybersphere.com, including when you book a call or purchase and complete an AI Audit.
What we collect
- Booking details you enter in our scheduling form, such as your name, email, phone number and company.
- Checkout details such as your name, company, email, mobile number and website. If you give us your website, our audit consultant reviews its public pages before your session. If you start checkout but don't finish, we may send you one follow-up email.
- Payment details are entered on Square's secure checkout. We receive confirmation of your order but never see or store your full card number.
- AI Audit sessions. The voice session is recorded and transcribed so our team can prepare your written report. This includes what you say about your business and the contact details you provide.
- Site usage. We use the Meta Pixel and standard server logs to understand how visitors use the page and to measure our advertising.
How we use it
To schedule and hold your call, run your audit, write and deliver your report and proposal, follow up with you about our services, process payments, and improve our site and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate: Square (payments), ElevenLabs (voice session and transcription), GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (scheduling and text messages), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep audit recordings, transcripts and reports for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and restrict access to our team. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, we text you about your audit. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't sell or share your number for marketing by others.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by contacting us. Please don't share passwords, card numbers, patient records or other sensitive data during an audit session.
