These terms apply to the free strategy call and the paid AI Audit offered by Cybersphere Solutions ("Cybersphere", "we") on custom.getcybersphere.com.

The AI Audit

• The AI Audit is a one-time $500 purchase, paid through Square.
• After checkout you complete a live session in your browser, by voice or text, with Cybersphere's AI audit consultant. The session is recorded and transcribed.
• Our team reviews the session and emails a written audit report and a fixed-scope pilot proposal, typically within 2 business days of a completed session.
• When the session ends, we email you a one-page AI Opportunity Snapshot generated from the conversation. It contains estimates based on what you shared and is refined in the written audit.
• If your session is cut short, you can reconnect using your audit link within 72 hours of purchase, or email us and we'll help you finish it.
• 10-hour guarantee: if your completed audit doesn't identify at least 10 hours per week of work AI can take off your team, email us within 14 days of receiving your written audit and we'll refund the full $500.
• Pilot credit: if you sign a Cybersphere pilot or implementation agreement within 30 days of purchasing the audit, the full $500 audit fee is credited toward that agreement. The credit applies once per audit, isn't redeemable for cash, and can't be combined with other credits.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number at checkout, we may text you about your audit (for example, your audit link and next steps). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

The free strategy call

The 30-minute call is free. If, on the call, we can't identify at least $10,000 a year in recoverable revenue or recurring hours in your business, we'll pay you $500 for your time.

Estimates, not guarantees

Figures, savings and recommendations in calls, audits, reports and on this site are estimates based on the information you provide. Results from other clients are examples, not promises. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Proposals and builds

Any implementation work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, with its own scope and price. Buying the audit doesn't commit you to anything further.

Your information

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive records during a session.

Billing questions

For any question about your purchase, including cancellations or refunds, email archish@getcybersphere.com and we'll respond within 2 business days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cybersphere's total liability relating to the AI Audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
